A swiss customer was seduced by the idea of buying and renovating an old fisherman’s house and when I finally found it he jumped on it. Other customers had been interested but didn’t get their mortgage. It’s a tipical old charming house that was really in a bad shape, everything had to be redone, and all the internal walls taken away so the beach and the sea could be part of the view, the location and the views are exceptional and its so easy to rent. So here are the pictures of this work, we have tried to respec the spirit of a fisherman, including the furniture and the decoration, with old beans, ankers, row, and the colors are those of an old boat washed up by the sea.
